Privacy policy

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form, and only to reply to you. We don't use it for anything else, we don't sell or share it, and we don't sign you up for any newsletter.

1. Data controller

  • Owner: Morphin' Games S.L.
  • Trade name: Morphin' Games
  • Tax ID (NIF): B88816426
  • Address: Boyero 15, 2º B
  • Contact email:contact@morphingames.com

2. What data we collect

Only what you write in the contact form or the call booking form:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • The message you send us and, if you fill them in, the project type, timeline and approximate budget.
  • If you book a call: your company (optional), the day and time you pick (or the days you suggest) and your time zone, so we give you the right time.
  • The page you write to us from, the first page of your visit and the website you came from (for example, LinkedIn), so we know what you are interested in and how you found us.

To learn which pages work best we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on our own server. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it only records aggregated data that does not identify you: pages visited, the website you came from, device type, country and whether you send a form. Your IP address is only used to work out the country and is not stored. We use no advertising pixels and share this data with no one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. What we use it for

To get in touch with you and answer your inquiry. If we then decide to work together, also to prepare the proposal you asked us for. We don't use it to send you advertising or to build profiles.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give us by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and taking pre-contractual steps at your request when you ask us for information about a project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting any processing carried out before.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your inquiry. If we don't end up working together, we delete the conversation no later than one year after our last contact. If you become a client, we will keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterward, for the periods required by law.

6. Who we share it with

No one. The contact form doesn't store your data in any database: it emails it to the team members who will reply to you. The calls you book are stored, on our own server, to manage the appointment, and are deleted within the same periods as in section 5. The video call takes place on Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si, run by 8x8): when you join, your browser connects to their servers, but we don't give them your name or email. The web hosting and email providers we use (including Google) only process it on our behalf so the service works. When any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Just write to contact@morphingames.com telling us what you need. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know before we continue using your data.
